Our brand name is a little mystery in itself. We coined the term from ESSENSU, which means essence in Japanese. Our goal is to redefine cocktail etiquette in the digital age by adding our unique touch. It is because the founder of our company studied under an authentic Japanese master known to be the bartender kingpin.
